Meet the Doctors
About Dr. Karl Schippel ...
Dr. Karl received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa in Ottawa Ontario,
Canada in 1993. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College
of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri in 1998.
Dr. Schippel is Illinois Board Licensed and currently a member of the Illinois Chiropractic
Association.
About Dr. Annette Schippel...
Dr. Annette Schippel graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in1998. Within months
she and her husband opened a family practice, Schippel Chiropractic, in the town of
Jacksonville, Illinois. Her passion for pediatrics and nutrition has led to a large patient
population of children and women, as well as a successful nutritional practice. Dr. Annette
has obtained countless hours of post-graduate training in pediatrics, sports health, nutrition,
and phytotherapy. Her expertise on these subjects has not only contributed to the success
of her holistic practice, but it has earned her the role as a respected public educator in her
community. She now teaches a course several times a year at Illinois College on the topic
of ‘Nutrition for the Athlete’. In addition, Dr. Annette has been an active Nutritional Consultant
and Educator at The Nutrition Clinic in Chesterfield, MO since 2006.
Dr. Annette began studying Restorative Endocrinology™ with Dr. Janet Lang in 2002.
Recognizing her talent, Dr. Lang welcomed Dr. Annette as a Lang Associate Consultant at
Lang Restorative Health Services by 2006. Since then, Dr. Annette has been consulting
health care practitioners throughout the country on the testing, nutritional, and non-invasive
methods to restore endocrine health as a Restorative Endocrinology™ Specialist. Her
success with these methods and gift as a teacher led to her natural progression as
instructor of this introductory hair analysis course.
In addition to her successful chiropractic, nutritional, and consulting practices, Dr. Annette is
happily married to a fellow chiropractor and the proud mother of four children ages 8 through
19 years.

Jessica Withee, Office Manager. She can help you with almost anything you might need. If you
have questions, please call the office and you can speak with her. She handles appointment
scheduling, assists Dr. Annette with nutrition consultations and supplements, and will be
working with you directly in the office if you should choose to become a patient. If you already
are a patient, then you probably know her face and have seen her pretty regularly in the office.
She is here to help you or answer any questions you might have.

handles all of our insurance billing and patient billing, among many other things. If you ever
